Adds a page progress circle indicator underneath the featured topics if pagination is enabled. I tried to mimic the styling of our signup steps circle indicators, but opted to use primary color instead of success color for a more subdued look.
Adds a setting to optionally enable looping, so after the last page you can scroll back to the first or vice versa.
