Instead of generating the topic link manually, using the core
TopicLinkcomponent lets us offload the URL-building logic to core, instead.However, the link text in the
CategoryTopicscomponent also includes the post count, which the coreTopicLinkcomponent doesn't support. To rectify this, discourse/discourse#34371 adds ayieldthat we can use to append our additional link text.
