This makes templates specify 2 relevant stat infusion types, and adds a preference to the global settings dropdown that's saved on a per-browser basis to enable either zero or 18 infusions when the optimizer site is opened.
This means users can easily opt in to having infusions enabled by default whenever they use the optimizer, and those who don't want them on by default still get the benefit of having the types automatically selected and a one-click button to turn them on.
