Thank you for maintaining this, I thought I would do my do my part to add logging and general clean up and doc, later I plan to add a scrape whole course option but its still WIP#1

…oader.py - Added setup_logging function to configure logging to console by default or to a file if specified. - Added docstrings to all functions for better documentation. - Updated argparse to include --log-file argument for specifying log file.
