Summary

resolve maintenance helper reroutes to the absolute my_opencode helper path instead of a repo-relative scripts/worktree_helper_command.py
update both protected-branch gateway hooks so cross-repo maintenance reroutes work outside the my_opencode repo root
refresh hook tests to assert the absolute helper path produced by rerouted commands
