Identified and localized hardcoded aria-labels for the resize handle and draggable file icons in the Desktop component (DraggableWindow.svelte). This improves accessibility for non-English users and ensures a consistent internationalized experience across the application.
Changes:
- Added 'resize_window' and 'drag_file' (with {name} interpolation) to 'desktop' namespace in en.json and de.json.
- Updated DraggableWindow.svelte to use i18n.t() for these labels.
- Added explanatory comments for the localization optimization.
- Updated Tran's journal in .jules/tran.md.

Fixed a build error caused by placing comments inside Svelte template tags.
Changes:
- Added 'resize_window' and 'drag_file' (with {name} interpolation) to 'desktop' namespace in en.json and de.json.
- Updated DraggableWindow.svelte to use i18n.t() for these labels.
- Updated Tran's journal in .jules/tran.md.
