Add support for latest recursor releases

Adds support for recursor versions >= 5.0

• Migrate to yaml configuration for recursor supported by user defined template
• Base template is included with default recursor configuration values
• Example of how to configure and interact with virtual instances

Small change but otherwise this looks good. I like the reliance on the internal template and trying to rely more on the config.d.

Also can we update the docs to make it even clearer that this is breaking change?

I plan to do this as part of the changelog generator on release by adding context to the change list about breaking changes.
