Overall LGTM.
Suggested a few nit fixes to try to appease the vale check. You can also add Dex to /_vale/config/vocabularies/Docker/accept.txt to remove some more of the vale nags.

In this guide I want to show how to run and configure Dex as container, to mock an OAuth service, which can be really useful in development/testing.
