Description

Simplifies wording to remove the names of plans, so we don't need to update it in the future.

I'm inclined to leave the wording as it is. "Free Access" is not used anywhere else in Docs, www, or any of the products to describe access to Docker, we use subscription or plans. Introducing new phrasing can only cause confusion. I'm also not aware of any incoming changes to subscription names for the foreseeable, and even if there are changes it would require minimal effort to get this changed
