Please use open.mp server v1.5.8.3079 and above.

Recommendation: Verify your system OpenSSL version before deployment:

openssl version

You only need to download .zip/tar.gz, and the rest of the .dll/.lib/.so files are used for GitHub Actions builds and exist in the compressed file.
