It is hard to understand why commands advertised in the Doctrine ORM docs are not available in a Symfony application. Let us create a document explaining why things are the way they are, and listing the commands available through the bundle.

3.1.0 has been released. As a result, - 3.2.x is the next minor branch; - 3.1.x is the current branch; - 3.0.x is no longer maintained.
I have removed documentation for versions that have less than 2k daily downloads.
