Adds a variable
waitingtimewhich can be set to indicate a waiting time for preparing a meal, e.g. resting time for dough.Additionally adds a recipe by Lutz Geißler (San Francisco Sourdough Bread) to demonstrate the change
Ran the build script. Looks like pandoc changed some things internally so some of the files are formatted differently now.
