Initial Release for manuscript "High-Resolution Modeling to Quantify CO2 Emissions from Industrial Point Sources"

This is the code and data accompanying the manuscript titled 'High-Resolution Modeling to Quantify CO2 Emissions from Industrial Point Sources' submitted to the Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres. The demo_run directory is the data and file used to create the figures in the manuscript. To process the whole model run and inversion system, please use atmosphere transport model like WRF to generate the meteorology fields and follow the steps in README.md to conduct the X-STILT and inversion running.
