Collaboration space for on rust project(s)

setup

Pull down the repo first then do the following steps

1. cd into lil-devils
2. cargo fetch
3. cargo build
4. cargo run

And the program should run. As of now it's just a very simple text example that takes a choice and prints it to the screen
