- Add ReceiptData struct with fee, status, and execution resources
- Extract receipt data from preconfirmed blocks
- Store receipts in transaction_receipts table with migration
- Serialize execution_resources as JSON
- Support all transaction types: Invoke, Declare, Deploy, DeployAccount, L1Handler
