Add workspace-level Clippy lint configuration and apply it across all crates, plus a pre-commit hook and CI clippy script alignment. Fix the proto build script and conversion paths to avoid unwraps/panics and to return structured errors. Skip clippy on dependency crates (including the generated torii-proto output) via --no-deps and --exclude torii-proto. Sync this branch with the latest main changes.
