Made things a bit more consistent and added the 8600GT, which I will test further once I have the chance to
Mac OS X 10.3 is PowerPC only, thus irrelevant here

Added mention of the 8600GT, which, while I had limited success with at the moment, I will test further in a compatible machine and report back.
Support for the 8600GT is supposed to extend all the way to High Sierra
