Ubuntu 26.04 (Resolute Raccoon) ships ICU 78.2, so the correct package name is libicu78, not libicu76. Verified via https://packages.ubuntu.com/resolute/libicu78 Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
