Updated the Orleans grain timers documentation
Summary
v8.2.0 of Orleans brought some changes to the grain timers. I used the release notes to update the documentation: https://github.com/dotnet/orleans/releases/tag/v8.2.0 (See section: Enhancements to grain timers)
