Summary

  • Centralize the prereqs. (@alexwolfmsft I updated the appmod articles to point to the shared prereqs)
  • Update prereqs to remove pre-release info.
  • Delete the Azure appmod faq and overview articles and redirect to .NET's. (@alexwolfmsft FYI)
  • Add instructions in overview on how to start an upgrade or migration.
  • Delete and redirect the old install article.
  • Restore What is * title (according to our style templates)
  • Fix the TOC in Azure appmod to use ?toc query string
