As discussed during our Try .NET sync today, pulling out our Try .NET notes from the API docs.
/cc @BillWagner @LadyNaggaga - The DateTime file also has a slightly different note that talks about the time zone that the playground runs on. I kept that one for now but let me know if you think I should pull it too
