Migrates and improves the original Navigation samples from Xamarin to .NET MAUI.

This pull request introduces a new .NET MAUI application implementing a Flyout Page Navigation structure. The changes include project setup, navigation implementation, and platform-specific configurations.

There are some READMEs without screenshots, could you add images in the pending ones?

@jsuarezruiz Thanks! I have updated the PR with the requested changes. Can you specify in which sample you didn't see a screenshot in the README? I can't seem to find one missing in the ones I added (only in the ones that were previously there).

FlyoutPageSample, ShellFlyoutSample, ShellMixedSample, ShellTabBarSample, TabbedPage.
