Add new parameters for interactive login, new params to export empty …

Content:

• Handle empty values for export/import with the use of a flag. otherwise empty values are ignored.
  • The need behind this feature was that the tool was not able to 'clear' existing values which can be useful.
• Interactive Login is now supported by the cli tool which avoid the use of a service principal which was required.
• Removal of data export and data import of the roadmaps of the XrmToolBox Plugin.
  • Due to codebase restrictions and to avoid the maintenance of two codebase
  • Interactive Login is added to the cli tool to mitigate this.
• Documentation is adjusted and some commandline examples was added for better understanding.
