Add Python 3.14 to the PostgreSQL (full range 3.9-3.14), MySQL, and MSSQL CI test job matrices. Add the corresponding trove classifier to pyproject.toml. Follows the same pattern as dpgaspar#2419 (3.13 support). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
