Tasks/add my tasks

Summary

Implemented the HTML/CSS necessary for "My Tasks" view, and the dashboard widget. I also updated the sidebar to add a link to "My Tasks" view.

• app/views/tasks/index.html.erb is where user assigned tasks are going to be displayed. dataTable needs to be implemented for this
• app/views/projects/tasks/_summary.html.erb is the partial for the dashboard widget.
