This pull request updates the Rust toolchain version used in the project to ensure compatibility and leverage the latest features and fixes.
Toolchain updates:
.github/workflows/lint.yml: Added thetoolchainproperty to specify Rust version1.85.0for the linting workflow.rust-toolchain.toml: Updated thechannelproperty from1.82.0to1.85.0to align the project's toolchain with the updated version.Related Issue
