Updates debug from 2.2.0 to 4.4.3

Release notes

Sourced from debug's releases.

4.4.3

Functionally identical release to 4.4.1.

Version 4.4.2 is compromised. Please see debug-js/debug#1005.

4.4.1

What's Changed

New Contributors

Full Changelog: debug-js/debug@4.4.0...4.4.1

4.4.0

Fixes (hopefully) the inefficient regex warnings in .enable().

Minor version as this is invariably going to break certain users who misuse the .enable() API and expected it to work with regexes, which was never supported nor documented. That's on you, sorry - that functionality won't be added back.

Bug Fixes

Changelog

Sourced from semver's changelog.

6.3.1 (2023-07-10)

Bug Fixes

6.2.0

  • Coerce numbers to strings when passed to semver.coerce()
  • Add rtl option to coerce from right to left

6.1.3

  • Handle X-ranges properly in includePrerelease mode

6.1.2

  • Do not throw when testing invalid version strings

6.1.1

  • Add options support for semver.coerce()
  • Handle undefined version passed to Range.test

6.1.0

  • Add semver.compareBuild function
  • Support * in semver.intersects

6.0

  • Fix intersects logic.

This is technically a bug fix, but since it is also a change to behavior that may require users updating their code, it is marked as a major version increment.

5.7

  • Add minVersion method

5.6

  • Move boolean loose param to an options object, with backwards-compatibility protection.
  • Add ability to opt out of special prerelease version handling with the includePrerelease option flag.

deprecated

Fixing the API for chokidar since it was calling FSEvents as a constructor

deprecated

We have upgraded to N-API. For that reason we have also dropped support for node < 6.

For that reason, we have made this a major version bump so dependents have to opt in. The actual API remains entirely the same, so if you are depending on fsevents, it should be as simple as changing the version number in your package.json.

Updates js-yaml from 3.12.0 to 4.1.1

Changelog

Sourced from js-yaml's changelog.

[4.1.1] - 2025-11-12

Security

  • Fix prototype pollution issue in yaml merge (<<) operator.

[4.1.0] - 2021-04-15

Added

  • Types are now exported as yaml.types.XXX.
  • Every type now has options property with original arguments kept as they were (see yaml.types.int.options as an example).

Changed

  • Schema.extend() now keeps old type order in case of conflicts (e.g. Schema.extend([ a, b, c ]).extend([ b, a, d ]) is now ordered as abcd instead of cbad).

[4.0.0] - 2021-01-03

Changed

  • Check migration guide to see details for all breaking changes.
  • Breaking: "unsafe" tags !!js/function, !!js/regexp, !!js/undefined are moved to js-yaml-js-types package.
  • Breaking: removed safe* functions. Use load, loadAll, dump instead which are all now safe by default.
  • yaml.DEFAULT_SAFE_SCHEMA and yaml.DEFAULT_FULL_SCHEMA are removed, use yaml.DEFAULT_SCHEMA instead.
  • yaml.Schema.create(schema, tags) is removed, use schema.extend(tags) instead.
  • !!binary now always mapped to Uint8Array on load.
  • Reduced nesting of /lib folder.
  • Parse numbers according to YAML 1.2 instead of YAML 1.1 (01234 is now decimal, 0o1234 is octal, 1:23 is parsed as string instead of base60).
  • dump() no longer quotes :, [, ], (, ) except when necessary, #470, #557.
  • Line and column in exceptions are now formatted as (X:Y) instead of at line X, column Y (also present in compact format), #332.
  • Code snippet created in exceptions now contains multiple lines with line numbers.
  • dump() now serializes undefined as null in collections and removes keys with undefined in mappings, #571.
  • dump() with skipInvalid=true now serializes invalid items in collections as null.
  • Custom tags starting with ! are now dumped as !tag instead of !<!tag>, #576.
  • Custom tags starting with tag:yaml.org,2002: are now shorthanded using !!, #258.

Added

  • Added .mjs (es modules) support.
  • Added quotingType and forceQuotes options for dumper to configure string literal style, #290, #529.
  • Added styles: { '!!null': 'empty' } option for dumper (serializes { foo: null } as "foo: "), #570.
  • Added replacer option (similar to option in JSON.stringify), #339.
  • Custom Tag can now handle all tags or multiple tags with the same prefix, #385.

Release notes

Sourced from micromatch's releases.

4.0.8

Ultimate release that fixes both CVE-2024-4067 and CVE-2024-4068. We consider the issues low-priority, so even if you see automated scanners saying otherwise, don't be scared.

  • fix: Update picomatch to fix regression #179 (8becb55)

4.0.3

  • Enforce newer version of picomatch with bugfixes

bumps kind-of dep to ^3.0.2

thanks to @paulmillr

Changelog

Sourced from micromatch's changelog.

[4.0.8] - 2024-08-22

[4.0.7] - 2024-05-22

  • this is basically v4.0.5, with some README updates
  • it is vulnerable to CVE-2024-4067
  • Updated braces to v3.0.3 to avoid CVE-2024-4068
  • does NOT break API compatibility

[4.0.6] - 2024-05-21

  • Added hasBraces to check if a pattern contains braces.
  • Fixes CVE-2024-4067
  • BREAKS API COMPATIBILITY
  • Should be labeled as a major release, but it's not.

[4.0.1 - 4.0.5]

[4.0.0] - 2019-03-20

Added

  • Adds support for options.onMatch. See the readme for details
  • Adds support for options.onIgnore. See the readme for details
  • Adds support for options.onResult. See the readme for details

Breaking changes

  • Require Node.js >= 8.6
  • Removed support for passing an array of brace patterns to micromatch.braces().
  • To strictly enforce closing brackets (for {, [, and (), you must now use strictBrackets=true instead of strictErrors.
  • cache - caching and all related options and methods have been removed
  • options.unixify was renamed to options.windows
  • options.nodupes Was removed. Duplicates are always removed by default. You can override this with custom behavior by using the onMatch, onResult and onIgnore functions.
  • options.snapdragon was removed, as snapdragon is no longer used.
  • options.sourcemap was removed, as snapdragon is no longer used, which provided sourcemap support.

[3.0.0] - 2017-04-11

Complete overhaul, with 36,000+ new unit tests validated against actual output generated by Bash and minimatch. More specifically, 35,000+ of the tests:

  • micromatch results are directly compared to bash results
  • in rare cases, when micromatch and bash disagree, micromatch's results are compared to minimatch's results
  • micromatch is much more accurate than minimatch, so there were cases where I had to make assumptions. I'll try to document these.

This refactor introduces a parser and compiler that are supersets of more granular parsers and compilers from other sub-modules. Each of these sub-modules has a singular responsibility and focuses on a certain type of matching that aligns with a specific part of the Bash "expansion" API.

These sub-modules work like plugins to seamlessly create the micromatch parser/compiler, so that strings are parsed in one pass, an AST is created, then a new string is generated by the compiler.
