Currently, the referee assumes that the first read line is equal to
###Start 2. However, that is not the case, since cg-brutaltester may send a###Seedline.To fix this, this PR adds a check if the first line contains a seed and if it does, passes the seed to the referee's system. Additionally, the first non-seed line is checked whether it truly is a
###Start 2.
