Fixes #56. This PR converts from JsonSchema7Type to ZodSchema for tool parameters and returns, which is required for Vercel AI SDK integration. We maintain backward compatibility by keeping the JsonSchema7Type format available through parametersJsonSchema and returnsJsonSchema properties.
