Implements GitHub mode for MyCoder that enables the agent to work with GitHub issues and PRs as its primary workflow.\n\nWhen enabled, the agent will:\n- Start from existing GitHub issues or create new ones for tasks\n- Create branches for issues it's working on\n- Make commits with descriptive messages\n- Create PRs when work is complete\n- Create additional GitHub issues for follow-up tasks or ideas\n\nChanges include:\n- Added GitHub mode detection in the system prompt\n- Updated documentation in README.md and CLI README.md\n- Added dedicated documentation in docs/github-mode.md\n- Created a changeset for version tracking\n\nCloses #67
