This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

• Fixes Install-SqlDscReportingServices: New command proposal #2010
• Fixes Repair-SqlDscReportingServices:: New command proposal #2064
• Fixes Uninstall-SqlDscReportingServices: New command proposal #2065
