• Key IDs of newly generated keys can now be negative (commit).
• Added APIs:
  • KmsEnvelopeAead.create (commit)
  • HkdfStreamingPrf::create(HkdfPrfKey key) (commit)
• Removed AeadKeyTemplates.createKmsAeadKeyTemplate (commit)
• Made InputStreamDecrypter.read() InputStream compliant (issue, commit).
