Unsure, I have restarted CI at https://github.com/duckdb/community-extensions/actions/runs/21703306354/job/62622172540?pr=1199, let's see if it was a fluke.
If not I can have a look.

@mrchypark: I think the issue is in your .gitmodules: https://github.com/mrchypark/libdplyr/blob/main/.gitmodules, it seems to include a build only dependency checked-in. Could you have a look at that? That I think might solve the issue.
