Description

This PR updates the tracker animation resources after dark theme color changes.

Steps to test this PR

Set the dark mode on a device
Load some site with trackers/cookies
Verify the background around the shield in the tracker animation matches the address bar color


          Update the tracker animation resources using the new address bar colors
