Implement Duck.ai data clearing

Description

Implement Duck.ai data clearing feature. When invoked, the corresponding local storage entry for chat history and IndexDB store for chat images are cleared.

• N/A: integration tests should pass, but otherwise this will be verified during each respective platform's implementation.
