- Implemented model field migration with llm_model alias + warnings, updated agent configs/docs, and normalized model handling in the frontend.
- Added hidden agent support through backend/API and dashboard filtering; compacted agent buttons and removed the default Shell agent profile.
- Added agents tab refresh on terminal lifecycle events plus external creation refresh, with new frontend tests, and updated AGENTS.md.
this allows serialized queue of plans to be realized
