Updates e2b to ^2.8.3 and refreshes lockfile with newer js-yaml, glob, minimatch, and tar versions; adds changeset for a patch release.

• Dependencies:
  • Bump e2b from ^2.6.0 to ^2.8.3 in packages/js-sdk/package.json.
  • Refresh pnpm-lock.yaml with updated versions, including [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]; adds a deprecation note on [email protected].
• Release:
  • Add changeset /.changeset/light-carpets-repeat.md for @e2b/desktop patch release (update dependencies).
