Bumps core dependencies (vite to 6.4.1, js-yaml to 3.14.2, mdast-util-to-hast to 13.2.1) and adds a changeset for a patch release.

• Dependencies:
  • Upgrade vite from 6.3.5 to 6.4.1 (updates related references in vitest, vite-node, and @vitest/mocker).
  • Bump js-yaml from 3.14.1 to 3.14.2 (propagated in @changesets/parse and read-yaml-file).
  • Bump mdast-util-to-hast from 13.2.0 to 13.2.1 (reflected in hast-util-to-html).
• Release:
  • Add changeset @e2b/desktop: patch describing dependency updates.
