This PR corresponds to the database update done in October 2025:
Link of the file models_index.ann on Google Drive updated as well as the ml_model_provider_node files.
Included references to subrepositories that are changed.
Timeout for tests SimpleCommunicationOrchestratorSixNodesPython, SimpleCommunicationPythonOrchestratorSixNodesPython and SimpleServicePythonOrchestratorSixNodesPython increased.
