added wflowjl to environment

I think this is all that is needed to add wflowjl to ewatercycle.

Did you also add the .sif file to dcache? This is so that ewatercycle users on SRC can access the container.

Note that the instructions there are for snellius, you should be able to do sudo apptainer ... on SRC

Ah I guess I already added the container image. Them you don't need to do anything.

No, the docs are from before there was remotebmi as an alternative for grpc4bmi. grp4bmi doesn't work with Julia.
