Use IntelliJ IDEA scala formatter to reformat the code base

Diff that ignores whitespace changes will give you a better idea, what significant changes that entails.

In DocBlocks {@link CLASS} and {@code CODE} were replaced by [[CLASS]] and <pre>CODE</pre>

I had to delete the ivy2 caches in order for the windows build to succeed.
All, because unfortunately it is not easy to identify which one of them is for a specific OS.

Sorry, this is not the topic of this PR. This is about the choice of a formatter to use. So I invite you to propose a formatter of your liking.
