The robot search path must be set explicitly in the development version of EasyBuild, as there is no default robot search path. This commit - emphasizes the need to always define the robot search path in the development version, and - explains how this explicit definition affects the normal operation of the robot search path environment variable and option.

There seems to be no official instruction on how to run a local instance of EasyBuild. I added a few notes in the contributor page.
