This should make for a nicer landing page where we can provide a bullet-point style concise overview of the changes in the upcoming EasyBuild v5.0.
The idea is to eventually mapped all PRs that we merged into the
5.0.xbranch to at least one of these bullets, and that each bullet links to either a subsection of another page with more information, or to a dedicated page for the bigger changes (likerun_shell_cmdor requiring Python 3.6+).
