As we use end maps for warm start in calibration (for the reservoirs events) and in operations, I added a unit test using end maps only for warm start as this triggers an issue (now solved) in the default options for ChanQEnd map.
@ecCinziaMazzetti please have a look to the fix in ChanQEnd, as the condition was introduced in a commit related to MCT.
