Fix browser
When opening the AASP multiple times, the constructor of the CefSharp-Chromium-browser crashed and left the main window in a non-usable condition. With help of AI, crashing is prevented. However, the non-usable condition would still exist for another cause.
Bump Nugets
Packages were upgraded as high as possible without strongly altering the code.
