Version bump for release.

@jonahgraham , what is the process for a release except from the version bump? Is it running npm publish? Or creating a release from the GitHub web frontend?

I'm so glad you asked. Basically running yarn publish from my machine. There used to be some scripts that automated auto-publishing the -next versions (see https://github.com/eclipse-cdt/cdt-infra/blob/497e7b2a643ff6ea12a56a21c17dd2d170e918c8/jenkins/pipelines/cdt/npm-builds/cdt-gdb-adapter-main.Jenkinsfile)

I'll do a release now manually now for 1.0.7, but I would love it if someone automated it. In the meantime, since you are a committer, I can add you as a maintainer of the cdt-gdb-adapter repo on npm. Send me your npm username or request Eclipse IT via the helpdesk.

I am writing up the instructions in a new issue - although in trying to document, I screwed up and published and unpublished 1.0.7. Therefore the version will be 1.0.8 when I complete it.

Thanks for making the release, @jonahgraham . I don't have an npm account, so need to create one. Also going to add a comment to #379 . I expect more changes coming from us over the next couple of weeks. And would be good to have a simple release flow.

I might also make an extension release tomorrow without waiting for your reviews if that's OK. Not planning to add much more than the reset button counterpart.

Until you have time to setup, I can try to do the publishing, it doesn't take long for me. The challenge is getting my attention :-(
