This prototypes DNA-based identification with display inside OpenChrom. To test this on @ubuntu
Create a folder and run this command to download a database, for example this curated smaller one:
Remember the folder name. You need to set it in the chromatogram identifier as database folder.
Switch to the chromatogram tab in targets and look at the results.
Ignore the mislabeling. This is temporarily using the HPLC-DAD model, which is obviously not a perfect fit for the raw data nor the result, but it gives a good idea of what this can become.
