We don't need to filter these wizards anymore because we don't ship the bundles containing them. Teams has to stay, though, as we include
org.eclipse.ui.navigator.resources(Project Explorer), which pulls inorg.eclipse.ltk.*and that also includesorg.eclipse.team.ui
