With #2766 and #2754, we don't need it from the user side. It pulls in IDE dependencies that we hid for the wizards but not for the hotkeys. This removes the Compare, Team and Refactoring categories. The project wizard was also awkward to use as you never really knew where your files are located and the right-click menus showed a lot of developer centric tooling. It also always created legacy e3 editors.
