Test execution for "org.eclipse.m2e.tests" is with GitHub Runners around 15 minutes already (for Windows/Mac, Ubuntu is way faster with ~9 minutes). Therefore increase timeout to 1500 seconds (25 minutes)

Sure, this is fine. Thanks.
In general I would not make the timeouts too tight as they aren't about performance measuring or alike and should only prevent the pipeline to run for hours if something hangs.
